Annual Audit

The Audit process required by the Pension Protection Act (PPA) of 2006, mandates a written report to plan sponsors on the Fiduciary Adviser’s compliance with the requirements of the PPA. The Audit involves evaluating:

  • Adherence to the retirement plan document
  • Review of documentation
  • Background check, client results and knowledge.
